We would love to hear from our congregation, family and friends! Let's keep in touch. Share with us what you are up to. Drop us a line and/or pictures. This can be anything from sharing something you are reading, something you have been watching, projects you have been working on, your thoughts, feelings, wishes, hopes, prayers, share a family photo or furry family members photos, or even the view outside your window. Send them to: mraymonds@msn.com (one reminder though, I can not post a video without an embedded code which means it has to have been already uploaded to a site such as youtube or google video.)
We have a few things to share with you today. The first one sent in by Nancy Newlon.
"Hello everyone. I wanted to share with you some amazing and talented people. As you play these songs remember they are singing from their OWN homes from all over the world. I think you will agree with me their voices blend and harmonize together so well."

Beth Lueth shared that they were enjoying a campfire while quarantined. I'm wondering if they had any marshmallows!

Here are some of the daffodils blooming in front of the church right now. They are a true sign that life will go on despite the flood and pandemic...........Mary Zach

Thank you Nancy, Beth and Mary. Looking forward to hearing from many others. Feel free to share more than once!
I would like to share a picture. This morning on my way to work, "The Farmer's Daughters" in Sidney had some beautiful cash and carry bouquets outside this morning ready to grab. The Relax and Unwind coffee, smoothies, lattes, espresso trailer was also set up there in Sidney, so I stopped and grabbed me a coffee and a beautiful bouquet. What a nice beginning to the week!
Check back tomorrow as we will be sharing another idea to help keep everyone connected!
Blessings,
Mindy

Palm Sunday, April 5th
Hello everyone. This Sunday, April 5th, is Palm Sunday. Here are videos of two Palm Sunday hymns. The words are on the videos. Let's all watch and sing along at 9:30 Sunday morning from our homes. We won't be able to see or hear each other, but we know we are one in the spirit. ~ Mary Zach

Happy Sunday morning! Miss seeing each and everyone of you!
As we begin another week of this pandemic, let us remember...
We are safe, not because of the absence of danger, but because of The Presence of God.
I am going to try to share a video with you. Click here. Hope it works, cause it's a great video........We will Rise up
*Just realized after I posted, this is Saturday....the days seem to be running together. But the message remains the same :)

Note From Pastor
Hello Percival Community Church,
Just some quick thoughts on what we as a church family can do during this challenging and changing time.
Remember to pray for one another.
Pray for our National and Local leaders. Pray for Doctors, Nurses, Health Care workers, for schools, teachers, businesses, and communities.
Take time to call, text, or check on members of our congregation. Send a card or note of encouragement. Since most of our congregation is elderly, check if they are able to be out and about, or if you might be able to pick up something needed such as groceries, and deliver it to them.
Make a donation to the local food bank.
Since worship services are not in place for awhile, if you would like to send your tithe offering, please mail to:

Remember the words of our Lord, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

Pastor Blaine Pritchett

Updates and Message
Letting everyone know, there will be no church service this Sunday, March 22nd or the following Sunday, March 29th. We will keep you posted with updates as these changes occur. The Percival Pancake Breakfast and Easter Egg Hunt scheduled for April 4th has also been cancelled.
Dear Friends and Church Family,
Anxiety and fear seem to be ever present with us as we have entered into this new year. Last year the flood weighed heavy on so many and now we are facing the uncharted territory of the Coronavirus outbreak. Just this morning I received the following message from my mom, " It was one year ago this morning that we were told to quickly evacuate from our home. Now, a year later, we are told to not leave our home. The irony of it all."
Life at times can be so overwhelming and daunting. The fear and anxiousness we feel can suddenly overtake us but we must remember who is ultimately in charge over all. Pray for His comfort and strength. Even apart we can still be there for each other, lifting each other up in prayer. With church doors shutting during this time we must remember that the church has never been about the building, but WE the people are the church.
At the end of the day, when your head hits the pillow feeling scared, fearful, isolated and full of anxiety, remember to.............
Peace, Hope and Love,
Mindy
