Sunday Blessings!
Each new year brings us new opportunities to know Him more, to walk in faith, and grow by His grace. May your year be blessed in the Lord.

As a kid I remember writing poems just for fun. Haven't done it for years but as I was thinking about the coming new year, the kid in me decided to give it a try...
Happy New Year
As the new year begins with hope and with promise
and the old one is left behind,
we must never forget the paths we have taken
that has led us to this time.
We've encountered so much, the happy, the sad,
the lessons and blessings for which we've all had.
As we continue our journey into the new year,
bundled with faith and loaded with care,
let us always remember
it is LOVE we must share.

Old churches must not simply stand as monuments to the past but as spiritual grandparents that have invested in the future by passing on their life to others and releasing their offspring to form new congregations. ~ unknown

You have posted wonderful thoughts in your Poem share today. Wouldn't it be a bright spot in our day to day if we all could share just one act of love and kindness every day?
