 Blessings!

After the Winter, God sends the Spring

Springtime is the season
of hope and joy and cheer.
There's beauty all around;
to see, to touch, to hear.
So no matter how downhearted
or discouraged you may be,
New hope is born when we behold
leaves budding on a tree.
Or when we see a timid flower
push through the frozen sod,
And open wide, in glad surprise,
it's petalled eyes to God...
For this is just God saying
"Lift up your eyes to Me,
And the bleakness of your spirit
like the budding springtime tree,
will lose it's wintry darkness
and your heavy heart will sing!"
For God never sends the winter
without the joy of Spring.

Lord, thank you for the blessings of Spring.

Today's Sermon:  "Intention"

Today's Hymns:

Crown Him with Many Crowns

Amazing Grace

 Reading:  Matthew 16:24-27

 My dear friends,

Our code word for this week is "Intention."  It's very important for all of us to know that Jesus knew from the start he faced the cross and all that went with it.  That's what we're looking at this Sunday.

Our song this week is "I Will" by Citizen Way.  A reminder Jesus makes the promise He's with us no matter what we are dealing with!! He says "I WILL HOLD YOU"

I look forward to seeing you on Sunday~

Blessings

Pastor Donna

Special Music:  "I Will" by Citizen Way

Also this Sunday, Pastor Donna came across another song that moved her and fits perfectly with the theme, so may you enjoy this one as well!

"Me on your Mind" by Matthew West

O' for a Thousand Tongues to Sing

Benediction:  Hebrews 13:20-21
